You can upload raw data files from 23andme, Family Tree DNA, My Heritage, Ancestry and Living DNA.
Yes you can upload a properly merged and converted genotype files. However, imputed and downsized files will not work. Please use the orginal file.
It takes between 1-3 days to process your file and have it ready to use for you. Once it is done, you will be notified via mail.
Due to the nature of autosomal DNA, it is often hard to properly assess ancestry breakdowns for ethnically mixed people. The best practise is to have your grandparents (if possible) and parents tested separately. Having said that, we have a "Global" region optimized for mixed people and "Mixed Mode" modules to help you out understanding your genetic ancestry.
